Going Paperless

(Electronic Statements & Reports)

We provide a solution to extract spoolfile data from the AS/400 and convert to an electronic document. The spoolfile data can be transformed by using the composition designer to create a new layout. The new layout can include images and the fonts can be changed to give the electronic document a professional look and feel. This document can then be secured in PDF format (or remain in text) and then stored in a document repository or eMailed to customers. This is done seemlessly from printing to distribution without human intervention. Any changes to the layout can be done by your own team without additional customization. My organizations have moved to a paperless to cut down cost of printing and managing of hardcopy papers.

We have a solution LinkIT that enables user on AS/400 screens to capture data off the screen regardless on the number of pages and output into MS Excel or MS Word for further processing on a click of a button. A very easy and intuitive function that saves user a lot of time without having to copy and pasting the data repeatedly.

We also have a solution that enables user to capture data from existing reports or statements in either PDF or Text format and transform to a format required by user at a click of a button. It is also a very simple and easy to use tool that does not required technical assistance. Besides PDF or Text, users can grab data off websites, databases, XML and spool formats.

Messaging Middleware

We provide messaging middleware to transport messages from AS/400 data queue to another external system. This middleware reads directly from the data queue and does not require any separate component  for it to work. It is a robust workhorse that is capable to handle high volume messaging transfer running on the open source Linux platform.

AS/400 Data Replication

We also provide AS/400 data replication software based on AS/400 journaling capability. This software uses the full native functionality of the IBM i operating system. It provides real-time replication, unlimited concurrent apply processes, constant data checking and an easy to use GUI and mobile monitoring system.
